What is Zavora 360?

Zavora 360 is a Virtual Receptionist platform from Royal Bengal AI. It answers your calls and chats 24/7 in your customer's own language, trained entirely on your business, and can reach out proactively when it counts, across voice, chat, and outbound outreach, all from one place.

How quickly can I go live?

About five minutes. Add a little about your business, share your web-call link or drop the chat widget on your site, and you're answering. No code and no technical setup required.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Everything is managed from a simple dashboard. If you run a WordPress site, the official plugin makes it a one-click add; otherwise you copy a link or paste a small embed snippet.

Plans & minutes

What's free, and what's paid?

There are three plans, Free, Standard, and Premium. The Free plan needs no credit card and includes 10 minutes a month to try inbound voice and chat. Standard and Premium add more monthly minutes and outbound Smart Outreach. See the live pricing on the home page for current rates.

How do minutes work?

Each plan includes a monthly pool of minutes, 10 on Free, 50 on Standard, 100 on Premium, shared across both inbound calls and outbound outreach. Chat is not metered against your voice minutes. The pool renews each month.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

No commitment. Plans are month-to-month and you can change or cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Languages & channels

What languages does it support?

English, Hindi, Bengali, Arabic, Spanish, French and more, five-plus and growing. Your Virtual Receptionist detects the caller's language automatically and replies in it, so you don't have to route by language.

What's the difference between voice, chat, and outreach?

Voice answers inbound phone and web calls. Chat handles text on your website or message app. Smart Outreach makes proactive outbound calls, campaigns, abandoned-cart recovery, or API-triggered follow-ups. All three run on the same knowledge base, so answers stay consistent everywhere.

Setup & integrations

How does it learn my business?

You give it a knowledge base, type in details or upload documents, and you can import from Google Drive. Answers are grounded in that material, so your Virtual Receptionist only ever speaks for your business. Updates take effect quickly.

Does it work with WordPress?

Yes. There's an official plugin on the WordPress.org directory that adds the chat widget and connects your store, including WooCommerce abandoned-cart recovery, without custom code.

Can I get a dedicated phone number?

Yes. Every plan includes a web-call link, and a dedicated phone number is available as an add-on so customers can reach your Virtual Receptionist on a real number. Availability and pricing are shown in your dashboard.

What is Smart Outreach?

Proactive outbound calling. Dial a contact list on a schedule, recover WooCommerce or Shopify abandoned carts, or trigger a single call from any external system through the API. Smart Outreach is available on the Standard and Premium plans.

Data & support

Is my data kept separate from other businesses?

Yes. The platform enforces strict per-company isolation on every request, so your knowledge base, calls, and customer data are kept separate from every other account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
